POLICY & GUIDELINES
Lesson Etiquette Please arrive for your lesson on time or a few minutes early. Make up time is at teacher’s discretion.
Tuition To be made on or before 1st lesson of each month.
Cancellations / Missed Lessons (Sick Leave please see below) A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited. *Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the teacher in exceptional circumstances.
Books and Study Aid Music books and resources may be purchased either through the studio, online or at your local music store. Suggestions will be made at the lesson. In some cases we prepare custom materials which will be given to you and are normally included in the annual lesson material fee.
Teacher Cancellation If teacher need to cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson shall be arranged at a time that is mutually convenient.
Vacations If you wish to move or cancel your lesson due to holiday plans, please advise the studio as soon as possible.
Punctuality If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time. This loss of time will not be made up at another time. If you arrive on time but the previous lesson runs late, you will be given your full-allotted time.
Please be on time, but try not to arrive any more than 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson to limit disruption of the previous lesson as some students feel uncomfortable when they are interrupted.
Sick Leave If you show fever symptom or if you are sick , please stay home and rest. We would want you to stay comfy and recover soon, at the same time maintaining the studio as germ-free as possible for the sake of others.
Notification For rescheduling or cancelling lesson, please contact me via Call. WhatsApp. Text. (Writing through email, Facebook messenger or Instagram messenger may not be responded promptly).
FEES for 2025/26
Registration and Stationery fee
No registration fee required – with a complimentary lesson manual for the academic year (no matter the time of the year).
Trial Lessons $40 (30mins).
Private lessons
Basic Levels to Intermediate Levels
$75 per 60 min
$60 per 45 min
$40 per 30 min
Intermediate and Advanced Level/Master Class
$90 per 60 min
$70 per 45 min
$50 per 30 min

Payment Options
You may choose either of the following payment options:
Cash You may also choose to come to the studio to pay in cash.
Interac/e-Transfer If you would like to pay from the comfort of your mobile or computer, you may use this option. Please check with us for the payment email before making payment.
